Contact our MA by email or phone and she will get back to you as soon as possible.  You will receive an email attached to our electronic health record called Power2Pracice (P2P) link.  You will receive a link to a questionnaire and membership form for signature to become a member of Restorative Ministries.  Please be sure to fill out the paperwork and questionnaire on the Power2Practice link before your visit.  One you have completed the process you will be able to communicate with our team in the P2P platform.

How can I pay?

We generally accept cash, credit card or check.. Most pay in person after their in person visit. Televisits or phone visits can pay by sending a check prior to the visit.

How do I communicate with the office

Once you receive an email that is linked to our electronic health record called P2P you will be able to send email to our office for communication such as appointments, lab results, questions.

What can I expect at my visit?

Staff will check you in, take vitals and enter any additional information into your chart.  She will be sure your medication list and supplement list is up to date and accurate.  Dr. Ashley will explore and analyze your current history, medical condition and overall health.  You will be given lab testing and information at the visit.  Diet, lifestyle and supplements are emphasized.  Medication is utilized when necessary however the goal is to avoid medications and live as clean as possible.
