How do I become a new patient?

The first step toward meeting your health goals is to schedule a complimentary call, where we can answer any questions you may have and begin the registration process in our electronic health record, Power to Patient (P2P). Once registered in P2P, you will receive a welcome email with your unique username and instructions to set up a password. From there, you can log in, complete the questionnaire, enter your medications and supplements with dosages, and e-sign the office policies and membership application. (These must be signed before your first visit). Your patient questionnaire in (P2P) needs to be completed a minimum of two weeks before your initial consultation to avoid the need for rescheduling. This allows you time to complete the registration and Dr. Ashley sufficient time to review your information, ensuring a productive appointment.

How can I pay?

Payment is due after your visit. We accept cash, credit card or check in person and credit card for phone visits.

How do I communicate with the office

For the best way to contact us as a patient, please use the messaging feature in your Power to Patient portal. You can send us a message and we will address any questions or concerns you may have. We aim to maintain open communication with you and will respond to messages within 24 to 48 hours. All phone calls will also be returned within the same timeframe. Please note that emails are not HIPAA-compliant, so do not share sensitive information. Patient information should be submitted through the portal only. Kindly keep your messages brief, and if you have an urgent matter, please reach out to your primary care physician or urgent care/ER.  ​

What can I expect at my visit?

During your visit, you can expect a thorough and personalized experience. Upon arrival, you will be checked in and your vitals will be taken. Any new or updated information, including medications and supplements will be added to your chart. Next, you will meet with Dr. Ashley, who will carefully review your current medical history, health conditions, and overall well-being. If necessary, lab testing and additional assessments will be ordered during your visit. Dr. Ashley will also discuss your diet, lifestyle, and supplements emphasizing an integrative approach to your health. While medications may be considered, the goal is to avoid them whenever possible and help you live as clean and naturally as possible. After the visit, you will receive a detailed After Visit Summary (AVS) in your Power to Patient portal, so there will be no need to take notes.

What are the steps to receive treatment If I am not a patient

We would love for you to join Dr. Ashley at Restorative Health Functional Medicine! However, if you're simply looking for injections or IV therapy, we can accommodate that as well. INJECTIONS: For injections all you need to do is join our private membership for just $25. Once you are a member, you can purchase a single injection or an injection bundle and receive them as often as you would like. IV THERAPY: If you are interested in IV therapy, you'll first need to join our private membership for $25. Then, we require a brief 15-minute Meet the Doctor consultation for $75 before starting IV treatment This allows Dr. Ashley to make sure that the chosen treatment is safe, effective and best suited to your needs. The great news is if you decide to become a full patient of Dr. Ashley, the $75 consultation fee will be applied toward your initial visit. LAB DRAWS: In some cases , labs may be ordered before starting treatment. We will also monitor your lab counts throughout your treatment to make sure you blood counts are stable and to make any adjustments to your treatment plan if needed. IV Therapy is available as a single treatment or in a bundle for added savings

What happens if I purchase a treatment bundle and am unable to finish it

We understand that your treatment needs may change, and we're committed to making the transition as smooth as possible. If you're unable to receive the treatment you originally purchased don't worry- we've got you covered. We will apply the balance from your purchased treatment toward another available treatment that better suits your needs
