As a private membership, we do not bill your insurance.

We accept cash, credit card, checks.

Office Visits and Procedures

Office visits are not covered by most insurances. Most PPO's can submit for reimbursement.

Initial office visit costs are based on time and range from $500-$600. Follow up visits are based on time and are typically half the cost of initial visits.

Diagnostic tests/Labs

Flex spending accounts can be used for many medical expenses.

Most lab expenses such as Quest and LabCorp are covered once submitted to insurance. Quest, Labcorp and diagnostic tests are covered if you have a PPO. Check with your individual insurance.

Supplements

Generally not covered by insurance, although some HSA/Flex spending will cover by reimbursement to patients.
